A NOTE FROM provider_name

Some refills require a provider review before they can be authorized. If there are any concerns or changes recommended by provider_name related to this medication, our office will contact you separately. Please continue taking your medication as prescribed until you hear otherwise.

RUNNING LOW IN THE FUTURE

To avoid gaps in your medication, we recommend requesting refills 7–10 days before you run out. Many of our patients find it helpful to request refills through the patient portal, which creates a documented request and allows our team to process them efficiently.
