How Toggles creates and reviews workflow examples

This methodology explains how the public workflow library is assembled, checked against workflow behavior, and maintained.

Updated:

What a workflow example contains

Each library entry represents a reusable Outlook email workflow. Depending on the example, its data can include an editable email draft, subject, variables, recipient rules, attachments, preparation notes, and sharing or installation settings.

How examples are checked

We compare the page description and preview with the underlying workflow data. That check covers the email body and subject plus any configured variables, recipients, attachments, and workflow actions. We also check that copy and installation links point to the workflow shown on the page.

Starting points, not locked messages

Library examples are starting points for repeatable email work. Copied drafts remain editable, and installed workflows can be adapted to a team’s terminology, process, recipients, attachments, and policies before use.

Policy-sensitive and regulated use

Examples involving regulated, legal, financial, insurance, education, employment, privacy, or organization-specific policy topics are not legal or compliance advice. The organization using an example should have an appropriate internal owner review the wording, required disclosures, recipients, attachments, and retention or approval requirements.

Editorial review and corrections

Before publication, workflow-specific marketing copy is checked for consistency with the example’s configured behavior and for unsupported claims. A named reviewer appears only when that person has been supplied and approved for display. To report an error, broken link, or mismatch between a page and its workflow, use the Toggles support page and include the workflow URL and the correction you are proposing.
