Setup

Welcome to Toggles! To get started, check out our Quick Start Guide above or visit our detailed Quickstart Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Toggles is currently only available for Microsoft Outlook (browser and desktop clients). You can install the Toggles for Outlook add-in from the Microsoft AppSource store.

We are working on expanding to Google Mail in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Using Workflows

Workflows, templates, and signatures are stored on your account and available to all clients as long as you are logged in.

If you are not seeing any of these that you created in a different client, use the dropdown menu within the add-in and click the "Refresh Account Data" button.

Yes. You can paste your existing content into a new template, add variables, and save it in seconds.

Outlook templates aren't centrally managed, don't support attachments and variables well, and break easily. CRM templates aren't sent from the rep's Outlook account. Toggles solves both problems.

Toggles reduces the time spent on repetitive email tasks by automating workflows, inserting prebuilt templates and signatures, and managing team collaboration — all from your email interface.

Variables

ME variables allow you to personalize templates with your own information like name, title, phone, and email. Watch our ME Variables tutorial to learn more.

Variables can be used within templates, signatures, and email subject lines to dynamically insert personalized information.

Teams & Sharing

As a Business Pro account owner or admin, you can invite your team to Toggles by logging into the Hub and navigating to the "Users" page. From there, you can invite your team members to join your organization.

An email invitation will be sent to your team members to create a Toggles account. Once they have created their account, they will be automatically joined to your organization.

After they have an account, they can install the Toggles add-in for Outlook (or it can be deployed to their mailbox by an administrator) and start using Toggles.

Yes. Add them to your organization and they'll immediately see all shared workflows and templates.

The Business Pro plan is priced at $19 per user per month, or $180 per user per year (~20% discount), with a 5-seat minimum. This ensures your team has access to all premium features like shared templates and streamlined workflows.

To sign up for the Business Pro Plan, you can create your account here or contact us at sales@gettoggles.com to learn more.

Billing

The free trial gives you full access to Toggles' Premium or Business Pro features for 14 days, including email templates and signatures, automation workflows, and team collaboration tools (with Business Pro). No credit card is required to start your free trial.

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings in the Hub. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes, we offer both monthly and annual payment options. Choosing the annual plan gives you a discount compared to monthly payments.

Yes! We offer both monthly and annual Premium and Business Pro plans. The annual plan is roughly a 20% discount compared to the monthly plan.

No long-term contracts are required. You can choose between monthly or annual billing, and you're free to cancel anytime.
