CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by calling us at me::phone. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee and affect our ability to accommodate other patients who need care.

INSURANCE

If there have been any recent changes to your insurance coverage, please notify our front desk before your appointment so we can verify eligibility and avoid any billing surprises.
